In summary, the works within scope are:
• The removal, renovation and replacement of Birnbeck Pier bridge.
• Dismantling and re-erection of the two bridge abutments.
• Reinstatement of 14 No. Semi-circular cantilevered bays.
• Bench seating running longitudinally along pier length (option dependant on budget).
• Appropriate lighting (option dependant on budget).
