The objectives of this procurement are:— To provide a Support and Counselling Service for Birth Families resident in Northern Ireland, whose children have been adopted under the provisions of the Adoption NI Order 1987.— To provide a Regional Tracing Service, to support the ‘Origins’ work of Registered Adoption Agencies within Northern Ireland.— To provide ‘Contact Support’ between birth families and their adopted children within the Belfast and South Eastern Health and Social Care Trusts.
