Tender for Architectural Services to design and deliver Additional Accommodation Scheme 2020 – 6x 58m2 General Classrooms (total area incl walls and circulation 467m2), 2x 15m2 SET room (total area incl walls and circulation 38m2), 7 x WC (total area incl walls circulation 14m2) Please note the above has been approved as additionality, however the school may have space available which could be reconfigured to incorporate the approved accommodation within the existing building. Should Devolved section and the Design team determine that it may be more prudent to convert this space instead of a new build, SCAS would have no objection to this.
