The Service Provider will identify employers with advertised vacancies for eligible 15-29 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not in employment, education or training (NEET) participants would be guaranteed interviews subject to the completion of a work trial/taster. The Service Provider will facilitate the provision of work trials for an identified employer who has guaranteed interviews for participants of the Black Country Impact project
