HealthTrust Europe LLP (‘HTE’) has acted as provider of procurement services on behalf of the below Trusts (‘Participating Authorities’) and was seeking to award a contract for a Managed Service for the provision of a Networked Blood Glucose and Ketone Testing (‘Service’). This procurement aimed to appoint a sole provider to deliver the Service for the following Trusts:— CWPS (Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology Services — hosted by University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire including South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and George Eliot NHS Trust),— Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust,— Wye Valley NHS Trust.
