The Valleys Regional Park / WECAN Project wishes to research, develop and pilot a memorable outdoor experience, to provide opportunities for business and disadvantaged communities, to futher encourage regeneration and enhanced links with the natural environment. Contractors must:1) Provide evidence to support whether there is a market for the services (i.e. focused on the corporate and community sectors).2) Design, test and refine two services (i.e. corporate and community-based).3) Finalise, brand and package two services that are fit to taking to the marketplace4) Produce a business plan5) Develop a business model that addresses all stakeholder benefitsThe project must start by 5 Nov 2011 and end no later than 31 May 2012.
