Established in 2001, we have a proven track record of delivering start-up advice and business growth consultancy.We are currently looking to increase our pool of highly capable and experienced associates and partners for 2019-2023 to support the delivery of a number of ERDF projects.We are seeking independent consultants with expertise in delivering business support, mentoring and training within the following business areas:— high growth/scale-up coaching and mentoring,— leadership and management coaching,— innovation, product and system development,— process and improvement, efficiency and productivity support,— international trade, import and export and brexit advice,— high growth potential start-up business advice,— finance and funding support,— Staff development, training and skills gap analysis,— economic analysis, programme and project evaluation.
