BR-050-2017 Telephony Project for the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission

Descriptions

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission wishes to appoint a service provider to supply:(a) the design, installation and implementation of a Voice over Internet Protocol Telephony system incorporating unified communications;(b) the design and installation of an appropriate Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking infrastructure;(c) the necessary hardware and software to facilitate the successful implementation and operation of (a) and (b) above;(d) replacement handsets and headsets;(e) the training for IS Office and building services (knowledge transfer), private secretaries/multi-line users and general users (including members of the legislative assembly, party and support staff and secretariat staff); and(f) maintenance and support (including appropriate upgrades and patches).
