Quantity - 10no total (5no ground floor, 5no first floor) includes 1no ground floor kitchen adapted for wheelchair access . •Removal of existing kitchens, including - kitchen units, sink/tap, electrical appliances, lighting units, window blinds, floor covering, notice boards, tiling, electric sockets & switches. •All waste to be removed from site and recycled where possible or disposed of as per current statutory regulations. Installation (supply & fit) of replacement kitchen, each made up of - •Matt white contract kitchen units. Base cupboard units of approx. same size. Wall cupboard units of approx. same size. Drawers either in a bank or above the base cupboard units. Handles to be edge mounted to avoid damage to door fronts if broken off. Number of units to suit space available but allow for a minimum of 6no base, wall and drawers. •Black granite effect worktops with sharp corners removed. •Bright Coloured 'Perspex' splashbacks in place of tiles (thick enough to ensure substrate defects do not so through). •Satin stainless steel sink made up of main bowl and half bowl. •Mixer tap with swivel spout (min. 300mm high) •Satin finish stainless steel splashback covering width of hob. •Flush mounted circular ceiling lights (shatterproof). Separate lighting for kitchen area and seating/TV area (separate switches). •Oak wood effect, non-slip vinyl flooring throughout. •Six ring solid electric hob. Can be '4+2' or '2+2+2' configuration. Stainless steel finish. •Integrated pull out cooker hood and extractor (possibly twin) to cover width of hob area. Includes external venting. Matching kitchen units. •Integrated single fan assisted oven and grill. No oven timer, door to be a sealed unit. Stainless steel finish. •2no 600mm wide under counter freestanding larder fridges c/w recessed handle. In white. •2no 600mm wide under counter freestanding freezers c/w recessed handle & plastic drawers not pull down flaps. In white. •All associated electrical wiring, replacement switches and sockets as per current statutory regulations. •Bright coloured (TBA but matching) 'Perspex' splashback to bin area, exact size and position to be confirmed. •Walls and ceiling to be made good and painted in hardwearing white matt emulsion . One 'feature' wall in seating/TV area to be painted in a bright colour matching the splashbacks (precise wall and colour TBA). White gloss painted finish to skirting boards, door and window surrounds.
