The Authority is inviting expressions of interest to undertake the first stage review to consist of the following;•Carry out a desk based survey of each file to include the following criteria;•Compare all available TPO data with up to date aerial photo’s•Make an assessment of the number of trees present in the aerial photo’s compared with the available TPO data.•Check planning history from the time the aerial photo’s were taken to present to ascertain any further tree loss.•Identify where all trees are lost within TPO tree schedule•If trees remain within the TPO tree schedule, make a list of site inspections requiredNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=546.
