Kilkenny County Council has identified the need to engage the services of a multi-disciplinary Design Team (Consultant Civil & Engineer Lead) for the detailed design and construction Bridge Street/Flaggy Lane Callan Refurbishment and Traffic Management Schemes in Callan Co. Kilkenny.The Consultant's Design Team will be required to deliver the scheme that meet the objectives of Kilkenny County Council and designed in accordance with Design Manual for Urban Road & Streets (DMURS), TII Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and the National Cycle Manual.The scheme is being advanced to improve the exisiting pedestrian and vehiclar infrastructure and to relieve traffic congestion in the area .The Consultant shall refer to the brief for full details of the scheme.
