In undertaking the preparation of the Interpretation Plan and Exhibition Designs the successful consultant will:·review existing interpretation and documents;·review understand the current collections and heritage assets available to the project;·undertake research into the history of the Bridge, its surrounding environment and impact;·hold content workshops with staff and others to develop the themes and storylines;·feed ideas into and respond to the Activity Plan consultation;·produce an Interpretation Plan;·hold creative design workshops to translate the Interpretation Plan into physical and virtual designs;·to develop ideas for hard copy and digital hand-held interpretation to support the physical displays;·develop designs for the Visitor Centre exhibition and onsite and off-site interpretation and signage to RIBA 2;·produce a fully costed design plan;·Review the designs with the client and HLF;·develop the final designs and cost plan to RIBA 3;·attend at least six Project Board meetings at key milestones.
