The purpose of the brief is to write a 10-year Business Plan for the project. HLF funding divides a project into two phases: The Development and Delivery Phase. This consultancy will be appointed for the Development Phase of the project to undertake:·background research to the project·consultation with stakeholders·desk research into the market for the Transporter Bridge and Visitor Centre·comparator analysis for similar projects·competitor analysis for similar venues in the area·analysis of governance, management and staffing structures to deliver the project·analysis of income and expenditure·analysis of risk·analysis of the impact of the project on the organisation·formulate a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Business Plan.
