Brief for rolling design and marketing contract

Menai Science Park Ltd. (hereafter ‘M-SParc’ or ‘the company’) is tendering for services to assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as newsletters, events materials, and advertisements on a rolling contract basis. A brand image and guidelines for the company have already been created, and a PR company has been commissioned to work alongside M-SParc to assist with website content and other copy. A company has also been commissioned on a 3 month contract to design and create M-SParc’s web site. The company chosen for this contract would be employed until the first Park building is complete (anticipated autumn 2017). The contract will then be reviewed at this time and M-SParc reserves the right to retain the company to provide further services.
