Descriptions
ARC21 proposes to work with the private sector to procure a Contractor to:(a) Provide and operate a collection service for dry recyclable materials from a number of Bring Sites located in the areas for which ARC21 and its relevant Member Councils have administrative responsibility;(b) Identify markets for such dry recyclable materials and arrange the sale of such materials to those markets, including the sorting of materials into appropriate streams for sale;(c) Collect and provide data to demonstrate the level of recovery and recycling achieved.
