Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd wishes to commission an independent telephone survey of its tenants to measure their satisfaction with their homes, communities and associated services.The aim of the survey is to identify how services are valued by tenants, the level of their satisfaction with the different elements of the housing services they receive, and to assess where improvements are necessary based on this feedback.Organisations who wish to express an interest in providing a quote for undertaking this work should email TenantSatisfactionSurvey@bronafon.org.uk – organisations will then be sent the brief for this work along with the request for quote documentation.Organisations should note that their request for quote must reach Bron Afon no later than 12 noon on Friday 20 December 2013.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=4579.
