IntroductionHeadquarters 1 Brigade are located at Collins Bks, Cork. The daily cleaning of these buildings is undertaken by contract cleaners. Details of the service requirements are included below.ScopeThe contractor shall ensure that services provided are in accordance with the requirements as laid down in Specific reqiurments.Locations may be added or removed during the period of this contract as deemed necessary by Director of Engineering.The Contractor will be required to co-ordinate fully with the Barrack Accountant in Collins barracks and will be required to show complete flexibility in responding to changing demands. Advance notice will be given of any changing demands.
