The University wishes to procure an outsourced IFM contractor for the locations listed below and is seeking the assistance of suitably qualified consultants to perform a scope of services to put in place a suitable FM contractor company under appropriate measurements and conditions. The successful tenderer will also be required to create a separate Lot for BRU Cleaning and Porterage. •Biosciences Building (BSB)•Human Biology Building (HBB)•The Lambe Institute (Shared with HSE)•The Institute for Lifecourse and Society (ILAS Building)•The Centre for Cell Manufacturing (CCMI)
