The Contracting Authority is looking for suitably qualified cleaning contractor for the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly and annual cleaning requirements to specific University requirements within their current sites and for the cleaning requirements to all their public buildings. A more detailed indication of this information will be included in the Invitation to Tender. The Contracting Authority is seeking a service provider who can provide a first class service. They are seeking a successful bidder who shall design a service delivery solution that will be expected to manage/change the current service levels and deliver contract improvements over the life of the proposed contract period.
