Descriptions
1.0.Responses are sought from interested consultants who are able to provide a quality service on a fast-track basis for the survey as described below which must also incorporate an annualised cost plan. In addition it will be a requirement to carry out other surveys described.1.1.The work involves surveying the buildings, grounds, mechanical and electrical services for the properties identified in the schedule.1.2.The last condition survey was prepared approximately five years ago. Therefore, information is required to update the estate strategy and the Welsh Government.1.3.The College has a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system GVA. In undertaking the surveys and other works set out in this tender the successful consultants will be required to produce the data from their surveys in an appropriate electronic format that can be uploaded into the new CAFM.
