Kilkenny and Carlow ETB invite submissions from suitably qualified registerd architects or registered building surveyors to carry out Building Condition Surveys at multiple Post Primary Schools in counties Kilkenny and Carlow. The purpose of this project is to undertake a Building Condition Survey and specific tasks to establish the current condition of all building fabric, services and external grounds at the facilities listed in Appendix A of the Project Brief and to identify areas for further investigation.
