Building Maintenance / Refurbishment Framework

Bridgend County Borough Council and the Vale of Glamorgan County Borough Council Maintenance Service Department's are seeking to develop a series of Framework Contracts to assist in the delivery of their indicative repair, improvement and maintenance programme.The Framework Agreement will be based on the JCT Measured Term Contract and will run for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to 12 months.
