Natural Resources Wales (NRW) owns, leases and manages a diverse and dispersed property portfolio consisting of more than two hundred and fifty buildings. The range of buildings encompasses timber stores in remote forested areas to city-centre office blocks. Some buildings are grouped together to form a single, multi-functional site, whereas others may form smaller groupings or be standalone structures. All however, have features that require management and maintenance.NRW is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and resourced RICS Chartered Building Surveyors to carry out condition surveys of their built estate. Costings and priorities for the works identified are to be presented through a built asset management software programme.
