Building Surveying Services for Damp, Condensation & Mould cases & disrepair claims + minor structural alterations

Descriptions

The Council wishes to undertake a procurement exercise to award a contract for the provision of surveying services to support delivery of our estate improvement works. The proposed services / works to be covered by the proposed contract are as follows:  Damp, Condensation and Mould (DCM) surveys and reports.  Services in connection with Disrepair Claims covering services from inception to completion and Expert Witness advice and representation.  Structural surveys, from inception to completion including failure diagnosis, reports, design, tendering where required, contractor supervision and ad hoc advice to the council on structural problems.
