Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council has now launched the Building the Future Together European Social Fund (ESF) project. The £13M project is primarily aimed at providing a comprehensive suite of options and interventions to develop the skills needed for learning and future employment, raise aspirations, and support the emotional and social needs of 11 - 19 year olds in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The Project requires a specialist Organisation to support the Alternative Curriculum Provision - Key Start Programme at Mountain Ash Comprehensive School. The programme provides the opportunity for extended work experience, OCN and NVQ's at appropriate levels within a wide variety of industries for disengaged pupils. The Building the Future Together Project is inviting tenders to procure a new contract for alternative curriculum provision for year 11 pupils in Mountain Ash Comprehensive School as part of the Key Start project.
