Ancillary works to include: minor elevational alterationso existing school building; removal from site of existing boiler house;removal of 1 no. existing temporary prefabricated unit; removal of 1 no.existing covered shelter and removal of existing oil tank and installationof new enclosed (1.8m high fencing) oil tank and all associated site works
