Descriptions
The works comprise of the carrying out of minor civils works associated with the installation of bus shelters throughout Limerick City & County. The works include the excavation and installation of foundations of the Reliance bus shelter. The installation of ducts for electrical supply. JCDecaux (NTA bus shelter contractor) liaises with the civils contractor to install the shelters above the steel cage footing which is provided by JCDecaux when the concrete is being cast, by the civils contractor. The main contractor shall liaise and assist JCDecaux with the installation of the foundation jig as required. After shelter installation is completed, pavement reinstatement up to finished ground level to be completed as detailed on contract drawings.
