Bus Shelter Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Advertising Income Generation for Wokingham Boroug

Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to supply, install, maintain (including cleaning and graffiti removal) and advertise, where consent has been granted, on allocated Bus Shelters. The successful Contractor will be required to apply for all necessary planning permissions and advertising consent.The Council is seeking to receive a guaranteed fixed net income in each year of the Contract and a percentage of the gross advertising revenue generated from the sale of advertising. Wokingham Borough Council will make no payment to the successful Contractor who will be expected to cover all costs and profit from the sale of advertising space.There are 24 Bus Shelter sites allocated for this Contract (18 currently have static 6-sheet poster advertising, 3 are located at the new Winnersh Park and Ride Site which is due to open late September). The installation of new Bus Shelters must be completed within the first 6 months of the Contract start date.
