Bushbury Hill EMB Repairs and Maintenance Contract 2019
Descriptions
The contract is to deliver responsive repairs and maintenance to the housing stock noted above. This includes reactive repairs on an emergency and non emergency basis, routine repairs and void repairs prior to re-letting. The emergency repairs provision will be during normal working hours only. BHEMB has separate arrangements for out of hours emergency repairs.The successful contractor will also provide a same day responsive repairs service and a call handling function to take calls directly from our residents as well as from BHEMB Staff.The contract shall commence on the 1.5.2019, as described in the tender documents. The form of contract shall be the JCT Measured Term 2016 with amendments.
