This will consist of the following,Governance and Legal AgreementsChange ManagementBusiness PlanningFinancial Planning for the redevelopmentArtist's CommissionRisk PlanningMarketing and Communications StrategyPublic ConsultationThe consultant will work alongside the design team that is selected to undertake the designs for the redevelopment phase.The contract duration will be from 1st June 2016 – 31st January 2017 (with an option to extend up to a period of one year).
