In order to service the requirements of the SMEs, we have identified a requirement for a database of Cheshire and Warrington businesses. We wishe to procure a database which will provide as a minimum: •Business name •Business Address •Sector SIC •Company unique identification •Business size (t/o and number of employees) – actual or estimated •Overview of the product / service the business supplies •CEO / Senior Decision Maker contact name •CEO / Senior Decision Maker contact telephone number •CEO / Senior Decision Maker email address The requirements are as follows: •Provide a contacts database of SMEs in the Cheshire & Warrington area in suitable electronic format of business knowledge that can be accessed by Blue Orchid staff •Give an indication of volumes of business contacts supplied •Explain how the database has been complied and assurances of how comprehensive the coverage of the geographical area it is •Provide details of ocopyright status of the data, ore-use costs, orestricted usage, opurchase/rental oany other relevant restrictions) etc. odetails of provision of updates to the database
