Conwy County Borough Council is building a Culture Centre adjacent to Conwy Castle and Town Walls, incorporating a new area library, archive, heritage hub, community arts space and café with spectacular views towards the World Heritage Site.The café will form an integral part of the distinctive visitor experience at the new Centre.
