Descriptions
To supply and install a butter portion packer machine capable of filling a Butter product into packets weighing approximately 7g,10g,15g and 20g varieties. The machine shall be supplies with change parts to suit all sizes.The machine should carry the following options:Speed- should be no less than 120 packets a minute, possibly more depending on the format of the product selected.Paper/foil feed will be automatic feed into the machine and include low reel level warnings.Include a fail safe operation so if no paper is in place the machine wont fill.Must be suitable for foil/paper printed with spot marks that allow positioning to be adjusted with a photo cell.Knife/ cutting unit to create pack sizes from continuous reels.Appropriate filling head and paper forming section.The folding unit should create high quality shape packets and folds.There should be a calibration device allowing control of the product weights.The machine must be combined with semi automatic/ automatic case packer allowing boxed product to be transferred to the other areas of the production process.Must be variable speed in order to allow different products to be runThe butter viscosity may differ between products so different filling heads may need to be supplied. The machine must be suitable for the product to be fed into the machine directly from the process line and a compensating piston may need to be used to ensure constant pressure to the filler. The compensator and filler are to be CIP cleanable.Eject product is to be ejected in the correct orientation to suit the packaging line.The machine should be supplied with a centralised lubrication system and where possible should be CIP friendly.The machine is to comply with all current health and safety legislation and should be provided with sufficient guards and covers in order to keep operators safe.
