Supply of Building Materials and Timber to Nottingham Trent UniversityThe Successful Supplier will need to be able to meet the following criteria: 1) Be able to allow collection of goods by University staff and provide an emergency order/delivery facility to all 3 campuses — City (NG1 4BU), Clifton (NG118NS) and Brackenhurst (NG250QF).2) Supply goods that comply with British, European or International standards as appropriate.3) Be able to offer technical and product support to the University and detail what support facility they can supply.4) Be able to source and obtain non-standard items on behalf of the University as and when required to do so.5) Collect and replace products deemed unfit for purpose by the University within 24 hours.6) Supply only timber products that are FSC/PEFC or equivalent certified.7) Provide evidence and references in relation to successful contracts carried out of a similar nature.8) Have available stock levels of building materials for collection/next day delivery (ex-stock materials should include the likes of plaster, plasterboard, wall and floor tiles, adhesives and mastics, sand, cement, bricks, blocks, nails and screws, timber, door linings and other timber products, sheet materials etc.).
