The enclosed mini competition provides information for consideration with respect to David Ross Education Trust's contract for the supply of planned preventative maintenance services. There are currently 30 sites included within the contract. Further information on the geographical location of each site and the Trust's specific requirements can be found within the mini competition document. The tender has been split into 2 lots - Lot 1 - East Midlands & Yorkshire & Humber (28 sites fall within this lot) Lot 2 - London (2 sites fall within this lot) The same 12 suppliers are common across the East Midlands and Yorkshire and Humber lots so the Trust have taken the decision, after consultation with suppliers on both these lots to merge the two lots as it makes sense geographically.
