•Re-roofing of the part of the building in accordance with detailed drawings•Asbestos surveys by specialists surveyors have confirmed that the existing roof slates are a mix of natural slate and asbestos cement slates. The natural and asbestos cement slate, battens and felt to part of the roof are to be removed by a specialist contractor. The existing natural slates shall be cleaned and set aside for reuse. •Internal alterations to the existing layout as shown on the drawings•The provision of toilet facilities in accordance with the detailed drawings.•Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical works associated with provision of the new toilet facilities.•General finishes throughout the works area of the building and all associated ancillary site works •Co-ordination of all works and the provision of the PSCS role.
