To inform young people about the work that CAFCASS Cymru does, the experience and process that other young people may have had, in the hope of relieving fears and anxieties about the process and ensuring children have the information they would like in a way that they prefer.3.Objectives•Production of 6 videos (3 Welsh and 3 English) and / or animations that in plain, youth friendly language, explain the process and involvement of CAFCASS Cymru and the courts.•Production of 2 posters (Under 11 years of age and over 11 years of age) which summarise the Your Voice Participation plan in a way that young people understand and appreciate.4.RequirementIt is a requirement that the contractor has access to a youth advisory group to feed into the production of the videos / animations and to obtain opinions on the look, feel and content of the posters. The names of the group and the numbers which are consulted will need to be reported to CAFCASS Cymru.It is a requirement that the contractor has access to bilingual children who have the necessary skills to read scripts and be filmed.It is a requirement that the contractor uses video and animation in the videos.It is a requirement that any artwork that is produced will become the ‘property’ of CAFCASS Cymru so that the organisation can build on its brand and communication imagery.It is a requirement that the artwork that is produced can be imported to other programmes and can be resized without distortion.It is a requirement that the bilingual document that is produced is engaging and interactive.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=39192.
