The objectives of this project cover a number of elements:•Developing and establishing an USP for Cambrian Mountain Beef, measured by a premium paid to the farmers within the group.•Defining the farming practices that are the brand and its USP and bringing these to the Beef Group to ensure a consistent quality delivered to the market place•Developing the Beef Group relationship and bringing more farmers within the Cambrian Mountains into the group•Establish and develop the relationship with a local slaughterhouse, resulting in a contract that is beneficial to all parties•Establishing the premium to the farmers if the brand quality is met and communicating its benefits to the farmers•Creating markets for Cambrian Mountain Beef, measured by demand in the marketplace for CM beef.•Developing a carcass balancing system that maximises the premium
