Cambrian Mountains Lamb Capacity Building in the Supply Chain

The objectives of this project will cover a number of differing elements:•Increasing efficiency and capacity within the supply chain for Cambrian Mountain Lamb, measured by increased sales of lamb that attract the premium.•Developing the Lamb Group and bringing more farmers within the Cambrian Mountains into the group, measured by an increase in farmers joining the group and increasing the lambs that attract the premium.•Developing existing relationships. CMC would measure this by an increase in lambs booked and therefore sales of Cambrian Lamb. Feedback from all parties will express satisfaction in the way the supply chain works. This will be reflected by increased premium to farmers paid in a regular, predictable manner. CMC will expect to see less variation in supply and demand.
