Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council in partnership with the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire are inviting organisations to submit proposals to provide a Healthy Schools Service to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough schools. A contract is being offered for an initial 3-year period with an option to extend by a further 2 years. The value of the contract over the initial three-year period is 726 000 GBP. The potential value of the two-year extension is 484 000 GBP. The contract will begin on 1.9.2018.The key aims of the service will be to further develop the work that schools have already undertaken to contribute to the improvement of the health and well-being of children and young people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and the reduction of health inequalities.
