Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Services

Descriptions

Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council wish to invite tenders for the supply of multi-disciplinary floating support services. The service will support at least 458 households at any one time across the whole of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.The successful provider will support vulnerable young people and adults to live independently. The service will be a visiting housing-related support service and is intended to be short-term (3-6 months) and will provide a flexible, practical service to resolve any issues that may be impacting on their housing situation and support independence.Care tasks are excluded from this service (e.g. personal care, domestic tasks, childcare, specialist counselling). This service is not aimed specifically at older people (there is a separate older peoples visiting support service in Cambridgeshire).
