The Fenland and East Cambs Opportunity Area is inviting providers to develop and implement a marketing campaign to advertise the area as a desirable location for teachers to live and work. The successful provider will need to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the challenges to teacher recruitment on both nationally and locally. The successful provider will design and deliver a marketing campaign including:— targeted online and social media advertising,— regional advertising in key target areas,— marketing materials.The key aim is to reduce the vacancy levels in schools in the area and to ensure high-quality teachers are working in the area. In their response to this specification, bidders are expected to use their expertise to design a marketing campaign which will successfully encourage teachers and prospective teachers to consider a teaching career in the area. The success of the campaign will be measured with a combination of outputs, outtakes and outcomes.
