Cambridgeshire County Council Public Health Directorate is commissioning a new countywide Lifestyles Service. The aim is to ensure that the population of Cambridgeshire has access to information and support to enable them to make healthy lifestyle choices.The new Service will being together the current Health Trainer Service, National Childhood Measurement Programme, Children's and Adult Weight Management Services to establish a countywide service that is innovative and universally accessible.The new Service will need to work closely with a wide range of services and organisations to ensure that there are robust and appropriate referral pathways in place. There will be one contract with a lead provider but an innovative approach to collaborative provision of services is anticipated.
