This a Contract Award Notice for the recent Further Competition that was held under the ESPO 664 Consultancy Framework General Finance Lot 2(c). Cambridgeshire County Council (the "Authority") and AmeyCespa WM (East) Limited (the "PFI Contractor") entered into a PFI contract for the provision of waste services which came into effect in March 2008 (the "Contract"). The Authority would like assistance in reviewing and agreeing a revised financial model for this Contract via the successful provider under this further competition process.
