Cannock Chase CCG and Stafford and Surrounds CCG commission health services for around 276 000 residents and are inviting expressions of interest from providers to deliver a Musculoskeletal Integrated Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service to be based in a minimum of 2 sites, one within Stafford and Surrounds and one within Cannock. The Provider shall provide a multi-disciplinary, single point of access for service users with diagnosed or suspected musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain.Cannock Chase CCG and Stafford and Surrounds CCG are looking for a provider that can fully meet the specification and demonstrate innovation, best quality, patient experience, cost effectiveness, excellent access and deliver seamless, safe patient pathways.There is an expectation that this service will achieve a saving against the existing service model (based on national tariff).The successful provider will be required to sign the relevant national NHS contract for the service, accepting all terms and conditions.Candidates wishing to be considered must register their expression of interest and provide additional procurement-specific information (by completing a PQQ) through the portal as follows: i) Candidates should register on the portal at: https://cmcsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge). ii) Once registered, candidates must express interest by: a) logging-in to the CMCSU e-Tendering portal, b)selecting response to advert and PQQ, c) select Open Access PQQ, d) search for and access listing related to this contract and view details,e) click on Express Interest link.iii) Once you have expressed interest, access the My PQQs page where you can download documentation (if required) and construct your reply as instructed.
