Descriptions
Following a successful pilot project, Menter a Busnes have secured funding through the Welsh Government and the European Fisheries Fund (EFF) for which mentors / consultants are required to deliver particular elements of the work. Much of the activity undertaken as part of the project will be on a one to one basis or working with groups of producers or food businesses. There is a strong emphasis on capacity building and it is envisaged that the mentors / consultants will work with the clients rather than do the work on their behalf. The framework is split into two main categories: Market Development & Marketing and New Product Development.
