Descriptions
The Trust Port of Saundersfoot requires a full design overhaul and resurface of its car Park (approx. 19,000M2) to maximise the number of vehicles it can accommodate in line with current industry stander dimensions as well as improved pedestrian pathways and ramps that compliant with DDA/ Equalities Act requirements as well as incorporating EV car charging points and future proofing the design with sufficient ducting that will ensure future power/ dater cables needsTo include: -1.Resurfacing the existing car park within the Harbour boundaries2.Implement approved plans that re-configuration of existing car parking layout that conform to current industry standard recommended for parking bays as well as maximising vehicle capacity and flow.3.Undertake all line marking that indicate - flow of vehicle / pedestrian pathways and parking bays4.Increase the footprint of car park space through the redevelopment and incorporating the raised flowerbed area5.New ramp walkways compliant with the equality Act6.Installation of signage directions and safety– vehicle/ pedestrians / bicycle7.Install raised vehicle calming measures and turning circle8.Delineate new public pathways crossing the car park9.Installation of new and replacement surface rainwater channels10.Installation of curb stone along seaward and Harbour side11.Installation of power cabling and ducting from both on-site substations to support EV car chargers’ stations12.Installation of new EV chargers’ stations, mixture of rapid and fast, at two locations within the Harbour - suitable for 4 car per location13.Installation of root tree protection systemNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=126049.
