NHS GG&C require car parking management services to NHS sites; Gartnavel General and Royal Hospital Campus, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital, Stobhill Hospital Campus, Victoria Ambulatory Care Hospital and West Glasgow Ambulatory Care. The service will ensure no inappropriate parking and vehicles do not block access to emergency vehicles. Supplier will have total management of Unauthorised Parking Notices. This business sector is at risk of infiltration by Serious and Organised Crime (SOC). The Contracting Authority has therefore enhanced its criteria to participate and has implemented its SOC mitigation Protocol. Economic operators must comply fully with the conditions for participation set out in section III.1 below and read them in conjunction with the European Single procurement document which is provided via Public Contracts Scotland-Tender portal link.
