The Welsh Assembly Government is seeking tenders from interested organisations for the provision of car parking for staff based at Plas Glyndwr, Kingsway Cardiff, CF10 3AH. The provision is required to be located within 1/2 mile. Initial requirement is for 120 spaces from 1st April 2010 with an additional 80 spaces from 1st July 2010 (200 spaces in total). The contract will be awarded initially for 12 months, for the 120 spaces and 9 months for the 80 spaces, thereafter the Assembly reserves the right to renew on an annual basis for a maximum of 4 years. During this time the Assembly's requirements will be reviewed annually and could increase or decrease. Tenders are invited to quote costings in the following ranges: 50-99 spaces, 100-150 spaces, 150-200 spaces, 200+ spaces. Full details are included in the tender documentation.
