Card payments are currently collected at a number of leisure centres and other Bracknell Forest Council locations. Payments are made via the internet, by telephone and face to face.Tenderers will be expected to provide real-time authorisation of card transactions, receive files of card payments collected and provide settlement direct to the Council's nomintated bank accounts.The Council already has in place the relevant software/hardware to enable the collection of card payments. Card Acquiring Services only are required — payment service providers and software/hardware suppliers should not respond to this notice.Tenderers may submit pricing based on blended/all-inclusive tariffs and/or Interchange Plus.The contract will be with Bracknell Forest Borough Council, but the Council may extend the rates agreed to South Hill Park Trust who would contract directly with the successful supplier.Please note, the Invitation to Tender documents must be downloaded directly from the South East Business Portalwww.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.ukOrganisations must register their interest on the South East Business Portal in order to be kept informed of any changes or notifications regarding this tender process. The council will not be held responsible for not informing any organisation who has not officially registered their interest on this site. Please note, this site is free of charge to register.
